Back in school today! Please complete the symptom self check. If anyone in your home is exhibiting symptoms, please keep kids home. We can’t wait to see students today. Go Vikings.

Tri-Valley will resume in person instruction on Monday, December 7th as previously communicated. Though county wide Covid metrics continue to remain concerning, our local metrics have improved dramatically since our remote pause was announced. We are grateful for all of you that have reached out during our remote pause to report any Covid related exposures or illnesses. We ask you to continue to do so. An email has been sent to all Tri-Valley parents with additional information.

Reminder: We need you to help us at Tri-Valley as we prepare for next week. Please make sure to stay in touch with your school nurses... Even though we are not in person this week, please continue to notify us if you have an ill student or immediate family member. Please alert us if your child tests positive for COVID-19 or is the close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. This will help us keep our numbers current and accurate during our remote pause, and ensure that your student’s return to school will not be delayed. Please continue to email any test results, doctor’s notes, release from isolation/quarantine notes, etc. If your child is nearing the end of his/her quarantine and you have not heard from the McLean County Health Department, please email your school nurse for further instructions on returning to in person learning. We have continued to see increases in positive cases of Covid-19 and quarantined students and staff over the last few days.  Our local realities coupled with county metrics have forced us to extend our remote pause through December 7th.  Tri-Valley will have no in-person instruction between now and December 7th, but will provide remote learning daily.  Our building principals and teachers will be following up with further information.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but recognize the need to be cautious in our approach to moving forward while considering the safety of our students and staff.  We hope to resume a regular schedule on Monday, December 7th.

Remote Pause Monday-Friday November 16-20. We are disappointed to inform you that due to increasing county metrics related to Covid-19 and our local metrics in our district, we will begin a remote pause next week for the duration of one week. Monday, November 16th will be a remote planning day with no remote instruction. Tuesday-Friday Tri-Valley will be providing remote learning as done on Wednesdays to begin the year. A deeper explanation can be found in a video created by Dr. Mouser that was e-mailed to all district parents.
